Active Photo Editor 1.3 is a very simple screen capturer that comes equipped with its own graphic editor/retoucher to alter and modify the look of the captures you make, working with all the usual formats (BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG, ICO).



Active Photo Editor 1.3 lets you apply effects, draw lines and geometric shapes, fill in those shapes, paint determined zones in colour, rotate the image, colour tonality effects, etc.



A very basic but practical and entertaining tool for someone starting out.
